The "y" is a long "e" sound, as in eel, reed, or seek.

The tu is pronounced like "too" or "two". Extra points for you if you soften the "hard" sounding "t", making it just a tad like a "d". Just listen to some spoken dialog and you'll see what I mean. It is better if you say instead of y tu you say y ti and ti sounds like tea
