はい、ありがとうございました (Hai, arigatou gozaimashita) or はい、ありがとうございます (Hai, arigatou gozaimasu) would do in a formal situation. Anything along the lines of は、ありがとう; どうも; truly any casual variation of ありがとう or どうも could work in a casual situation. Japanese is a lot more flexible than it is made out to be in textbooks.
