1."Hola, que tal?" (oh-lah, ke tahl) (hello, how is everything?)

also, if you prefer a little bit more informal greeting for someone of your age, you delete the usted, because by adding the s to "esta" the other person will know you are referring to them, so you use: "Buenas tardes, como estas?" (good evening, how are you?)
