Actually there is no italian name for Nancy,

Anyway the name -even thought it's considered to be an indipendent name now- probably comes from Anna (Anne in english), it's also said that it comes from Agnes (medioeval name), which is Agnese in italian.

So, there is no actual and trusted translation, we use Nancy, usually.
