To say the English phrase 'nice picture' in Spanish depends on if one is talking about a photograph or a painting. One would be 'buena foto' while the other would be 'bonita pintura.'

When you say 5x7, you are usually referring to a picture. In that case, the height is 7, but it could be the other way around if the picture was intended to be displayed sideways.
In the picture, if you're talking about something that is imaged (colors and shapes). You say "On the picture" if there is some object resting on top of the picture
We say This is ( a picture of ) my husband and me. Or My husband and I are in this picture. Only use "I" when it is the subject of a sentence.

You say "a beautiful picture." You didn't say any sort of language to translate that into, so that's the answer.

I would say it is a very beautiful picture.... :-)
"Muslim" is not a language dear, it's a religion. So you can't say "how do you say I like this picture in Muslim". Now on the other hand, if you want to know how to say it in ARABIC, then that's a different story. I like this picture---> Ana oheb hathihi al soura (formal arabic) It might look weird, but that's how we speak. I hope that helped.
