In normal usage it's really magnificent or it's quite magnificent.

You wouldn't use the word "très" with "magnifique" in French as the former already expresses an absolute. You should just say "c'est magnifique" or "c'est vraiment magnifique" (which corresponds to "it's really magnificent)".
