[Edit: I don't think the person asks how to translate English "to do", but French.

- "do" in music is the C note. "Do dièse" is for instance "C sharp".

- "dos" in anatomy means "back".

- "d'eau" means "of water", as in "un verre d'eau" (a glass of water)

- "d'O" in "Histoire d'O" (Story of O) is a French erotic novel and movie.

These are all the French expressions pronounced "do" I could think of. D'oh!

The verb 'to do' in French is 'faire'.

'Faire' also means 'to make'.

Conjugation of 'faire':

Je fais

Tu fais

Il/Elle/On fait

Nous faisons

Vous faites

Ils/Elles font

If you did not know,

Je = I

Tu = You (Singular Informal)

Il = He

Elle = She

On = No direct translation, think of it as people in general, or even 'Nous'

Nous = We

Vous = You (Singular Formal, or Plural)

Ils = They (At Least One Male In Group)

Elles = They ( All Female)
