Translation: You are sweet, thank you so much for everything.
many thanks, my queen
i think your trying to say muchas gracias or muchisimas gracias which means thank-you a lot ...or thank you very much. but machismo is an attitude that some Mexican men have an aggressive tuff attitude..and gracias means thanks so machismo gracias doesnt make sense...
It depends on what you mean by "cute". If it is "pretty" for a girl, it would be "eres guapa" or "eres bonita" or "eres atractiva". For a boy, "eres guapo" or "eres atractivo". If you mean "precious" or "darling", "eres cuco". Example: "That's a cute sweater" would be "es un suéter cuco".
' Besos, guapa! ' means "Kisses, [my] beautiful [one]". You could answer: ' Gracias! Para tí también, muchos besos, guapísimo. ' > "To you too, many kisses, handsome one".

"How beautiful you are."
many thanks, my queen

Eres tan guava = "You are such a guava" Eres tan guapa (probably what was said) means "You are so handsome/pretty (This statement is directed towards a woman or girl.)
Qué bonito Muchas gracias eres especial!

It means, Thank you, you are also charming and beautiful.

"Guapa de corazón" wuld be "Attractive of heart".
Wrong usage of "are" Tu es muy bonito = your is very pretty. Tú eres muy bonito = You're (you are) very pretty. This statement is being made about a boy. If the intention is to speak to a girl then the word "bonita" should be used.
