Welcome
The basic word is 欢迎 (huan ying), but it is usually isn't used on its own like that. If you're welcoming someone to somewhere or something, you'd use 欢迎来 (huan ying lai), which lit. means "welcome come", or 欢迎光临 (huan ying guang lin), which is a common greeting which also means welcome, but is used more in restaurants, shops, etc. Also, if you mean "welcome" as in a response to thank you, then it would be 不客气 (bu ke qi).
