The ILS Z is an Instrument Approach Procedure which requires a GNSS capability to be executed. Though the the ILS information regarding the Localizer (Runway axis) and Glide Slope are the same for the any ILS, this one demands that before joining the ILS itself the aircraft has to fly through waypoints that can only be flown using the GNSS capabilities of the aircraft. Besides that, the Missed Approach segment of the procedure also requires GNSS capability.

Note: GNSS stands for Global Navigation Satellite System.
