TEAGHLACH PHABBAY translates as "the family of Phabbay". It appears on the old version of the Clan Morrison Members' Badge, which consists of the Clan Chief’s Crest within a strap and buckle bearing the Chief’s Motto. The motto above the crest is TEAGHLACH PHABBAY. This was done to encompass both the Harris and Lewis branches of the Morrison family.
