What is 'qu'hier que demain' when translated from French to English?

"Whether yesterday or tomorrow..." is an English equivalent of the incomplete French phrase qu'hier, que demain. The two sets of conjunctions and adverbs translate literally into English as "that yesterday, that tomorrow." The pronunciation will be "kyehr kuh duh-meh" in French.
