In my opinion is 'à mon avis' in French. you can also use 'dans mon opinion', but I'll say we would use that in serious subjects. Ex: à mon avis, ta jupe est trop courte (in my opinion, your skirt is too short). Ex2: Dans mon opinion, le ministre des finances a pris une mauvaise décision (in my opinion, the finance minister has taken a wrong decision)
