The name "Sarah" in Arabic means a lady, or a princess. The way to say this would be "Sarah." Names do not transfer from English to Arabic, they just use their version of the letters to write it.

There is no distinction here in Arabic. The convention of adding or removing an "h" at the end of "Sarah" can exist because the "h" in English is a voiceless letter at the end of a word. In Arabic, there is no equivalent voiceless letter. Therefore, the only spelling of "Sarah" that exists would be Saara (سارة).
