流行 (ryuukou) or はやり (hayari) are the Japanese words for "Fashion". There is also the phonetically sounded phrase from English, which is ファッション (fasshon). It generally has the same meaning, but is most often used when talking about hairstyles and clothes whereas the first two can go deeper into lifestyles.
