The conflict between Mr. Kapoor and Raju is further exacerbated when Raju falls in love with the daughter of a wealthy man, Mr. Sharma. Mr. Sharma is not happy with the relationship and forbids Raju from seeing his daughter. Raju refuses to listen to his father's warnings, and despite his warnings, he continues to pursue his love.
The final conflict between Mr. Kapoor and Raju occurs when Raju decides to leave home and go to Delhi to pursue his dream of becoming a successful businessman. Mr. Kapoor is worried about his son and tries to convince him to stay home. However, Raju refuses to listen and sets out for Delhi.
The conflict between Mr. Kapoor and Raju is ultimately resolved when Mr. Sharma accepts the relationship between his daughter and Raju. Mr. Kapoor is relieved and is thankful for his son's perseverance. He also presents Raju with a bouquet of love, symbolizing his acceptance and support for his son.
