Es is from the verb ser, and esta is (probably) from the verb estar, but the a should be accented.
Ser is used for: Date (May 3rd), Occupation, Characteristics, Time, Origin (you are French or you are from Delaware), and Religion; DOCTOR is the acronym.
Estar is used for: Emotions, Location (you are in the library) and Feelings; ELF is the acronym, and yes it repeats in order to be a proper acronym.
*In other words, ser= permanent features while estar= constantly changing things. Yes, you can change religion, but usually people don't change their religion every day
estoy: a conjugated verb (estar) means 'I am' when talking about a feeling or location (things that change)
ser: a verb meaning 'am' when something is permanent
Ser and estar are verbs that mean 'am' or 'is'.
How you feel or where you are, always use the verb ESTAR, nothing else use SER!
Sorry if it is confusing!
Está goes with the subject you (formal) or he or she. Estás goes with you (informal)..
It's Como estas, which means: how are you?
¿CÓMO ESTÁ USTED? Used in formal contexts with people you don't know or to be extremely polite.¿CÓMO ESTÁS? Used in informal situations: with people you know or your friends.
Cmo estas bella
I think you mean como estas. Como estas translates to how are you in Spanish.
"Como eres tu?" does literally translate to "How are you?", but that is not how you would say it in spanish. You would ask " Como estas tu?" the response would be, "Estoy bien" I am well. Or " No muy bien". Not very well.
One is formal (como esta usted) and the other is not (como estas) You could compare it to "Sup" and "How are you sir?"
como esta (formal) como estas (informal) como esta (formal) como estas (informal)

Como esta/estas? (formal/informal. With accent on the 'a') = How are you doing?
Translation: "Donde esta' usted?" (The usted may be omitted)
Cmo estas bella
If it is someone you know, "Como estas?" or else "Estas bien?" The first is actually "How are you?" the second is "Are you well?" If you do not know the person, or if it someone you have a more formal relationship with, it would be "Como esta usted?" or "Usted esta bien?"
