i have found 2 good translations for this myself: the first one is a direct translation of "only the strong will survive" which is 'tantum validus mos superstes' and the other one is 'solum fortis superesse' which translates as only the strong survive.
It means exactly what it says. The strong will overcome the weak and the adversities that the world throws at them. Strong people dominate weak people and strong people always find a way to persevere through hardships. The weak person falls on his or her butt and whines that they're hungry but the strong person, driven by his or her hunger, will find a way to kill a deer in order to survive. Hence, only the strong will survive.
Fortes soli superant.
The Romans were quite fond of litotes (affirming something by denying its opposite), so a translation of Nulli nisi fortes superant ("None but the strong survive") would be equally good.

This is the form if the speaker asks only one individual, the second person singular, to get in touch. Another Latin equivalent is the following: Congredimini me. The word-by-word translation is as follows: 'congredimini' means '[You all] contact'; and 'me' means 'me'.

Social Darwinism is the theory that individuals and societies follow the same evolutionary principles as biological organisms, where only the strongest and most fit survive and thrive. This ideology was used to justify social inequality, imperialism, and policies that favored competition and individualism. However, it has been widely discredited for its harmful and simplistic views on society.
