Hablar means to speak or to talk.
Assuming that you are referring to the present indicative tense/mood, it would be "tú te acuestas".
Ahora puedes hablar (informal) Ahora puede usted hablar (formal)
gusta hablar mucho= pleases me (or him, her, them, etc) much to talk
The ellos form of the verb "hablar" in the present perfect tense is "han hablado."
Hablamos. The entire conjugation is hablo, hablas, habla, hablamos, hablais, hablan.
-AR verbs are not a "tense" in Spanish. They are a category of verbs. Anyway, the "yo" form is made by removing the -AR and replacing it with an -O. Therefore HABLAR becomes YO HABLO.
The imperfect tense of "tu hablar" is "tú hablabas," which means "you used to speak" or "you were speaking."
