Resolving newly-wed problems through extra-marital escapades is the story of the film La Moglie Vergine.
Specifically, the film in question is a 1975 release by director Marino Girolami (February 1, 1914 - February 20, 1994) under the pseudonym Franco Martinelli. The title means "The Virgin Wife" even though its English-language version also may appear translated as "At Last, At Last, Valentina" and "You've Got to Have Heart." The story revolves around newly-wed husband Giovannino's (Ray Lovelock) impotency being cured by a night with his mother-in-law Lucia (Carroll Baker) and newly-wed wife Valentina's (Edwige Fenech) virginity being ended by French passerby Maurice (Gianfranco De Angelis).
La tua bella moglie is an Italian equivalent of the English phrase "your beautiful wife." The feminine singular phrase models a difference between the two languages whereby Italian employs a definite article -- la, in this case -- when English does not use "the." the pronunciation will be "la TOO-a BEL-la MO-lyey" in Italian.
The Spanish for "setting of the story" is "escenario de la historia."
You can find an English translation of the story 'La Conciencia' by Ana Matute wherever they sell a lot of books.
