They came in through the wrong entrance and passed a janetor. His friend, Frank, came down with an infection and no-one knew what to do, so they brought in the janetor. He was a doctor and A Beraku, one of Japans untouchables. The janetor knew that he wasnt accepted by the staff and he didn't even try. He didn't dress like them, he didn't pretend to be one of them. And the staff knew they had nothing that they wanted, until they needed him. Becuase he was right, which meant that nontihign else mattered and they had to listen to him.
This man was Houses role model and who made him want to be a doctor.
House admitted all of this in the episode 'Son of the Coma Guy' Which is the 7th episode of the 3rd searies of House when the guy who was in a coma 'Coma Guy' who appears in many episodes is questioning him.
