Opinion 1:
BidCactus is not a scam. Penny Auctions aren't regulated yet, but they probably will be at some point.
Unlike any other Penny Auction Site, BidCactus is the only Penny Auction Site to undergo an audit by an independent third party - Ernst & Young. They are also accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
Opinion 2:
Yes, it's a scam as most people understand the word. You are paying seventy five cents per bid with no guarantees. It may just as well list itself as a gambling site, but even in the unlikely case you "win", you'll have paid more for whatever you bought then you would have at the store!
No Opinion, fact. I just watched a bidding war between two parties. It was for a gift certificate. At a presumed value of $0.70 per bid, with 77 bids and a $2.95 shipping charge, the "winner" just paid $56.85 for a $25.00 certificate. The bidding was not stopped when the retail value was met/exceeded. It was allowed to continue. Two parties were bidding so a total of $110.75 was taken in for a $25 gift certificate. This is a SCAM by definition!

People have complained of excessive bid fees, shipping and handling costs, and worst of all, getting fake items. Like allegedly gold jewelry that local jewelers say is worthless. It's a scam.
A scam is a scam. Talk to whoever you reported it to if you've new information.
If they are asking you for money, it is probably a scam. If they are offering you fabulously large amounts of money, it is probably a scam. If it sound too good to be true, it is probably a scam.
To determine whether or not a program is a scam, ask yourself whether it sounds too good to be true. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is a scam. Also if you have to pay in order to begin work, it is usually a scam.
Is Eric Webster work from home a scam
Complete scam. You will get charged $149 on your credit card without authorization, and then 60 cents per bid. Stay away!
This is a scam. They are no longer in operation and it says that they are having technical difficulties. They do not answer e-mails, and do not respond in any way. They have my money and no way to get it back. I consider that a scam. I am sure that there are many others that feel the same way.
You can get bids 4 a better price by going to ebay and buying a coupon. They have great deals sometimes.
Zbiddy is not a scam website. Zbiddy is a penny auction site and you have to purchase bid package to place bids on the auction. They never ask for credit card while registering. As with all penny auctions, buying in this manner is a risk and there is no guarantee that you will buy cheaply or even get the product you have bid for, even though you have spent money on the bids.
People have complained of excessive bid fees, shipping and handling costs, and worst of all, getting fake items. Like allegedly gold jewelry that local jewelers say is worthless. It's a scam.

The future tense of bid is "will bid" or "shall bid."
The past perfect is formed with - had + past participle. The past participle of bid is bid -- (this is bid as in bid at an auction). He had bid a large amount for the painting.
yes it is a scam. i bid and won an auction and item was never delivered. i caled and emailed and no one responds. they took my money and ran the other way. COWARDS. stay away for this site.
No, it is not. Sites like Quibids, Beezid, and Haggle are actually legit. The Math:To obtain a bid, you much purchase a bid. Each bid costs 60 cents. The item, however, only goes up 10 cents (in most bids) per bid.So, if the item is up to $1.00, then they have actually made $7.00 (item price plus the amount of bids it cost to bid up to $1.00).If the item is up to $100, they make $700. As you can see, they make incredible deals on the items you pay little for.
