If someone wanted to name a pet, they would choose a cute or informative name that describes the animal. If someone wanted to name a store, they might consider choosing an obvious and common name, such as, "Deli", or an extrodinary and unique name, such as, "Duane Reade."

To my knowledge, I have never heard of a Tendril Massage, and I have been in the business for 25 years. So, I would venture to guess is that someone is referring to a massage establishment called Tendril.

A disclaimer can be made up of many items. A disclaimer that you would have someone sign for massage would basically state that the client has been informed of the risks involved and have decided to proceed with the massage anyway.
Each individual is different. The fact that someone has epilepsy may not have any effect on how you would give them a massage. So in the vast majority of occasions, there would be nothing in particular to be considered.
A basket of slippers would be a unique and thoughtful gift for someone using slippers regularly, such as a dancers. It would also be unique to someone who worked from home who preferred comfortable shoes. The most important thing is to determine if your gift will be special and unique to the recipient.
Scabies is highly contagious! I would not recommend such contact unless you want someone else to get it too. If it is you who have it make sure you start the treatment cream as soon as you can, wash your sheets, towels, etc. If you don't know what scabies is think of it this way....it is basically lice under your skin. would you want to give someone with lice a massage?
Most people would say it is your training or special modality. But, from years of experience, the most significant thing is your personality. People will be drawn to you, as a therapist, because of your unique character and style, it is like 'chemistry' between two people that get along well. That is how your clients will pick you over another therapist. So, do as much as you can to put your unique 'you' into your massage.
