Early machines would run on energy sources available at the time, namely manual labour, animal labour, water power and wind power. There is evidence of steam power dating back 2000 years but this was ineffective/inefficient. It wasn't until improvements in the 18th century that steam power really took off.
A basket is not considered a simple machine in the traditional sense. Simple machines are typically defined as basic mechanical devices that do not require an external power source and are used to multiply or redirect force. Examples of simple machines include levers, pulleys, and inclined planes. A basket, on the other hand, is a container used for holding or carrying items and does not fit the criteria of a simple machine.
There are many great energy sources other than wind turbines. There is hydroelectric power and solar power.
Oh, dude, pencils are about as simple as it gets. They're like the basic bros of the tool world. Technically, they fall under the category of simple machines because of their basic mechanical function, but let's not overcomplicate things here. Just remember, pencils are there to help you write down your brilliant ideas or doodle during a boring meeting.

Steam engine
Though not the original inventor, James Watt is often cited as the person that developed a useful and efficient steam engine. The requirements were needed at the time of the Industrial Revolution to power the new machines in factories and for transport.
Joshua Andrews invented the make and break engine in 1726. he invented it to power a snowmobiel called a Yamaha bravo. its a 5.3L v8 256hp engine.
Many people have invented devices called "steam engines" that powered other machines. The inventor of the modern steam engine operated from the pressure of steam was James Watt. He had been asked to repair a failed Newcomen steam engine that was used to drive water pumps to keep a mine dry. The Newcomen steam engine was actually a vacuum engine operated by injecting steam at atmospheric pressure into a cylinder then condensing it to create a vacuum by spraying cold water into the cylinder. Watt recognized both the issues of alternating thermal stress and low efficiency of this design. He proposed to the mine owners instead of repairing the existing failed Newcomen steam engine with one of his own design. Since then all steam engine designers adopted variants of James Watt's steam engine.
Machines invented during the Industial Revolution included steam engines, a power loom, cement, and gas lighting.
The first device that could be called a prototype of the internal combustion engine was invented in the fifth century, in the form of Roman machines used in sawmills. In the seventeenth century, this idea was expanded upon with the addition of gunpowder as a power source. Internal combustion engine development accelerated in the late 19th century, and they were widespread by the 1900s.
The demand for coal rose because there were more factories to power with their new machines being invented. Also the houses for workers had to be powered. The new machines included things like the steam engine; trains, canal boats and barges ect. Hope it helps!
Power Machines was created in 2000.
It was invented during WW2 by 'Power Jets' ,a company led by Sir Frank Whittle to increase power and efficiency of early jet engines.
In Great Britain. By James Watt I believe, who also has the universal unit of power named in his honour The first Steam engine was invented by Thomas Newcomen in 1710.
How to turn steam into power, he invented the very first steam engine.
