ya im 12 and i wear that same size!!! lol That is TOTALLY normal. I promise, When I was 11 I was a 32A Now I'm a 34A && 12. It depends on how fast you mature. Maybe you are a slow bloomer like me. Don't worry about it. IT'S NORMAL! And maybe a person is a fast bloomer, because I;m eleven: 32B
