To move a sprite up and down in Scratch, you can change its y-coordinate by using the "change y by" block in the motion category. Increase the value to move the sprite up, and decrease it to move the sprite down. Alternatively, you can set the sprite's y-coordinate directly using the "go to x: y:" block.
To make a sprite move right and left in Scratch, you can use the "when key pressed" blocks. First, select the "when right arrow key pressed" block and attach a "change x by 10" block to move the sprite to the right. Then, use the "when left arrow key pressed" block with a "change x by -10" block to move the sprite to the left. This setup allows the sprite to respond to keyboard input for movement.
To make a sprite jump in Scratch, you can use the "change y by" block to simulate the jump. First, create a script that responds to an event, like pressing the spacebar. When the spacebar is pressed, use "change y by [value]" to move the sprite up (e.g., 10 or 20), and then use a loop to gradually bring the sprite back down by changing y to simulate gravity. You can also add a condition to ensure the sprite can only jump when it's on the ground.
Script is step wise instructions given to a sprite. For example- When green flag clicked Pen down Move 100 steps In simple language, commands given to a sprite.
well if you go to google image or any other prite sharing websites neimad is a great sprite maker and go to scratch i has a program to make the sprte move and you can make a game on there. If you don't know java i recomend you should go to scratch
it will only move if you have pokemon black or pokemon white.
For the sprite that you want to move double click it and then edit sprite, go to the toolbar at the top and choose edit. Then go down to add empty. Or you can choose animation and pick a preset animation sequence.
You will have to go to control then select: when flag is clicked or when space is clicked. Once you have chosen go to motion then select go to. When you drag it onto your script page click on the box right next to the word to then select what sprite you want it to move at. Last you'll have to click the thing you selected (example): When flag is clicked or when space is click. And there you got it.
This set of instructions if for you controlled playerCONTROL: When green flag clicked, forever if (left key pressed) move -10 steps. When green flag clicked, forever if (right key pressed) move 10 steps.New sprite, make a small bullet.BULLET: When space pressed, go to (sprite 1/Control), Repeat 35 (change y by 10)New sprite, Make your invader alien.ALIEN: Go to (chosen coordinates), REPEAT UNTIL (y position = -130)(move (amount of steps to end of screen) steps, change y by -15, move (amounts of steps to the start of screen))duplicate the alien and change the coordinates for each one.
hold down the A butten and move the wii remote pointer around the peice of paper next to the sprite
Skittles dissolve in Sprite due to a process called osmosis. The sugar and other compounds in the Skittles create a high concentration solution, while the Sprite is a low concentration solution. This concentration gradient causes the water molecules in the Sprite to move into the Skittles, breaking down the sugar and other compounds, ultimately dissolving the Skittles in the liquid.
