You don't need to describe yourself... weight is one of the most embarrassing things to share. Just measure yourself and see. If you are not happy with your weight but it's low, don't try to be skinnier. Especially if that means starving yourself. It leads to death. But if the weight is a bit high, just know: Eat healthy, and slow down on the sweets. Occasionally, you can have a chocolate or so, but it's much better to not have dessert every night.
