I use it. There are some quirks but it seems to work well and the communications with the support people seem honest and they truly try to correct issues. As to it being safe... I'm sure it has its vulnerabilities, but the convenience is nice. I have noticed that now I am getting lazy about remembering passwords. I have always used a unique password for each of all sites I have an account, this service makes it totally simple.
I just checked with my PasswordBox account and I have 38 sites listed with registered passwords (none the same) I must admit that certain stored password will not work (I like it that way) as they are dynamic passwords that change each time I go to the particular site. PasswordBox gives you the option to opt out of storing select sites, so they have thought of this type of situation.
