A queen size bed
A full size is smaller than a queen. I have a full size and a small room but it is perfect for me. Enough to stretch out, especially if just one person is sleeping in the bed. I suggest getting a full size over a twin.
Well, Anything bigger than 180 but smaller than 360 .
It is bigger.
Bigger.
~full=smallest (smaller than queen and king) ~queen= bigger than full (smaller than king) ~king= biggest (bigger than queen and full)

The two is smaller than a queen.
They may, but not very well a queen is bigger than a full, and therefore the smaller fullsize sheets will either not fit at all or only partially fit. is there a bed sheet extension that i can get for full size sheets on a queen size mattress
Twin XL or extra long. Same length as a queen bed, but normal width for a twin. Great for tall kids and guest rooms.

Yes. It is 12" bigger than a Queen Matress
Yes, of course it can. A queen is only slightly bigger than a full so you will have lots of blanket. If you are sleeping with a partner, you'll never have to fight over who has more blanket again! Some people actually prefer to buy queen comforters for full mattresses and king comforters for queen mattresses. It's all a matter of preference. It is however, a different story when you try to fit a smaller comforter onto a larger mattress. So when in doubt, always get the bigger size. =D Hope that helps!
