There are numerous strategies that can be used behind minesweeper. One of them, is to not guess. Not guessing eliminates the chances of a person choosing a square with a mine under it. Another strategy is to right-click on squares that you know have mines underneath. Right-clicking puts a flag on the square. This reminds you that there is a mine under there. Another strategy is to double-right click to put a question mark on the square. This signifies that there might be a mine under there. Remember, the number in the square represents the number of mines surrounding that square, including the ones in the corners. Thinking through each move instead of guessing, using appropriate logic, and using the flags and question marks in your right-click arsenal will allow you successfully complete a game of minesweeper.
