Has anyone heard of the Mohawk Soda Company and or Indian on the Bottle soda?
I actually heard of this soda for the first time today. Was before my time (I'm 27). I found an old ginger ale bottle in the woods on my property. Used to be a factory in Pittsfield Massachusetts according to the bottle.

The only way that a fiberglass door might warp is if it is fiberglass over wood and perhaps the wood was not properly dried or not coated entirely by the fiberglass. However this would still be a long shot.
