But rain most certainly.

Water already acts a coolant to your body's exterior and when stuck in the rain for a long time your body acclamates to the cold.

Being stuck in the same wet clothes, in cold rain for hours can cause you to go into a hypothermic state.

Always change out of wet clothes into dry clothes whenever possible as soon as possible.
