No. The only exception to this rule is the Chinese Elm Bonsai, which is a deciduous tree outside (Looses its leaves in winter, yellow in Autumn.) and an evergreen inside (Keeps its leaves all year round.) Just make sure that it is in an area with full sun, like on a window sill, but some spot where there is sun for most of the day, not just for 2 or 3 hours. Even though, you will still need to protect it from the sun if it gets much higher than 33-34 degrees celcius.

yes i can be grown bonsai.
You cannot. Bonsai means to grow a dwarf version of the tree this must be done from infancy.
BONSAI The art itself, or a miniature plant grown and cared for in this way, is called bonsai.
A bonsai is a small tree, usually grown in japan for their compact size, if you are completing the Easter scavanger hunt this year, it is at the dojo
Inside the dojo next to sensei.
Bonsai trees may be grown safely in the house with proper care. Care includes the proper watering, good soil, fertilizing, pruning and plenty of sunlight.
One can create bonsai plants by purchasing the correct seeds and growing the plant in either a container or outdoor garden. To create the desired bonsai effect one needs to prune the leaves and branches and water the tree regularly.
To accurately identify a bonsai tree, look for its small size, artistic shaping, and miniature appearance. Bonsai trees are typically grown in shallow containers and have a well-pruned and styled appearance. Additionally, bonsai trees often have a distinct and mature look despite their small size.
A miniature tree grown in a container. note- spelled bonsai- means dish tree.
The definition of bonsai includes "in a shallow pot or tray" so if it's in the ground it's NOT a bonsai. There are garden plants that are pruned to look like bonsai, but a bonsai must be in a pot.
There is no such thing as a bonsai seed. Seeds are sometimes sold as such, but in reality are just normal tree seeds. In order for a seedling to become a bonsai that meets accepted standards takes many years. In your case, the sprouts should be kept in pots or in the ground for 8-10 years until they have developed a thick, tapered trunk. At that point they could be ready to start pruning and training as a bonsai.
Bonsai is the art of dwarfing trees.
