NO!!
what is the short term licensing for executive protective guards in new york
Probably someone in Belgium. At least the barrel was made there. The firm of Simonis, Janssen & Dumoulin used "New York" on a lot of their shotguns, but "Warranted" usually indicates a lock distributed through hardware stores. If these parts were stocked by a known gunsmith, his name or initials will be on top of the barrel near the hammer.
Short answer is yes.
I've got some bad news for you.... not only is it illegal in the State of New York, it is also a FEDERAL offense to possess a sawed off shotgun or rifle.
Depends on Condition. Single shot - $50-$100. Double barrel - $150-$250.
Depends greatly on which rolling block, there's to many to specify them all serial/date.
The state you reside in has nothing to with whether or not you will have to pay back the difference of what you owe in a short sale. Whether or not you have to sign a note and pay back the debt is up to the lender.
my dad has a rifle he wants to give me he lives in new york and I live in GA can he mail it?
The colony of New York included what is now Vermont. Upon the creation of the US, Vermont was not a state but it was not a part of New York State either. It was its own country for a short period of time, then it was admitted to the Union was a separate state. It was never claimed by nor a part of New Hampshire.

NY Legal STG-556 has all of the necessary mods to make it New York State legal for ownership by individuals
It depends on what you mean. The state of New York does issue permits, but the city of New York does not recognize permits issued by NY state, or permits issued by any other state. New York City does issue it's own proprietary permits, but as I understand it, they are extremely difficult to obtain.
