Does Morton salt have any plans on revitalizing the Morton salt mine in himrod new york formally known as the senecalake mine in himrod New York?

There are plans by K & S to explore the possibility of revitalizing the Mine. This was compiled due to that shafts are existing and above ground structures are relatively cheap to rebuild as the sinking of the shafts are expensive as they are already there. If water was to be in the shafts, it can be hauled away by rail and sealing of seepage from water could commense. This is only in the preliminary stages.

There is plans in the near future of exploratory data to reopen and rebuild the above ground structures along with mine revitalization at the Morton Salt Complex in Himrod, New York.. Plans are in the works at K & S in Germany.
