I've restored Powerbait successfully but usually end up with a single color. Unless you separate colors you won't be able to restore multi-colored power bait.
1. Separate colors if you want (too much work for me).
2. Grate, shread or process the bait into very small pieces while its dry.
3. Put in a small bowl and add a small amount of hot water.
4. Mix it until it's gooey.
5. spread it on a plate and let it dry to your desired consistency.
6. FIND SMALL GLASS JARS TO STORE IT IN SO IT DOESN'T DRY OUT AGAIN!. I do this with my new stuff too.
