How do you remove wrinkles from outdoor carpeting?

probably glued down & the adhesive was poorly spread or has degraded & let go, the only right way to do it is to peel it back & re glue, but the carpet will almost certainly fall apart as you try to peel it back.. no real good way to do the job. Some will say cut & reglue, but the carpet will fail at the cuts & others will say inject adhesive, but you cant get good spread & that will look bad shorthly too..

If the rug was glued to the deck, pull it up as best you can, then rent a floor sander and sand it down. Treat the wood after this to keep moisture out. -There are many good products for this.

Rub it with a rag with some Goof Off, ti should soften enough to be pulled off.
