you could try that or:

What you will need:

sewing needle

durable string or thread

Fold the bikni bottom in half, butt side up. Now mark the wherever the middle ends up being (the crease you folded will mark the middle). Thread your needle and tie a knot big enough so that it wont pull thru the fabric. now start about halfway down the butt crack (halfway down the crease vertically) and pull your needle thru the fabric so that the knot is on the inside. now weave your needle in and out (in a straight line, grabbing about half an inch of fabric each time) towards the top of the bikini. now scrunch the fabric against the thread to shrink your bikini. tie the knot of indestructibly and pau.

aloha

What does a wool sock and a cotton shirt against each other in a dryer?

When a wool sock and a cotton shirt are dried together in a dryer, the wool sock may shrink due to its natural properties, while the cotton shirt is less likely to shrink. The differential shrinkage is due to the differences in fiber composition and structure between wool and cotton materials.

Does ringspun cotton shrink?

Yes, all cotton shrinks but ring spun doesn't as much as 100% cotton. If you don't want it to shrink then when you get it out of the washer DON'T put it in the dryer and let it air dry. IMPORTANT: This only makes it shrink less, it still will shrink some. I always order one size bigger if its cotton and let it shrink to my size. Hope this answered your question. God Bless!

Can you shrink your jeans?

With today's pre and stoned washed fabrics, it's pretty hard to shrink jeans unless you put them in a hot dryer. I f you have a pair of jeans made of pure cotton, (or close to it) you could shrink them, again, using a hot dryer.
