How do you urinate while out camping?

Campgrounds normally have restrooms, outhouses, or Portapotties set up. If in the woods with no access to a bathroom, campers should:

1. Take a small shovel and toilet paper with you; (If no toilet paper, you need to be able to identify different leaves.)
2. Pick a spot away from the main camp, and down wind from camp;
3. Dig a small even shallow hole for urine and feces.
4. Females tend to look for a group of bushes or trees; they squat down.
   
5. Males tend to just stand behind a tree, facing away from camp.
6. When finished, use the shovel to put soil over your waste, and cover with dead leaves/sticks.
