First of all the shirt needs to be already washed. Yes you will have to wash it again even though it is already. First off put your washer machine on hot water and make it to where it is a super/very large load. Just put your shirt ONLY in. Wash any cycle you wish. Once done put it in the dryer on high heat for about 45-60 minutes. When done drying take it out and there you go. PS- If you do this process and your shirt still doesnt fit. Put it in the dryer on low heat and keep checking until it is warm. Then put in on high heat for 30 minutes.
