Yes, you should be able to grow watermelons in your home garden
no but you can buy a kid.
Watermelons are an annual plant, meaning they need to be replanted each year. They do not grow back on their own after the initial harvest.
Back yard
A back yard is a yard near to the rear of a house or similar residence.
Choose a spot in your yard that receives full sun for at least 6-8 hours a day. Watermelons thrive in well-draining soil, so ensure there is good drainage in the area. Watermelons also need a lot of space to spread out, so make sure they have plenty of room to grow.

The cells die of and it takes a while for the new cells togrow back but if you live through it and the cancer is ALL the way gone then eventually the cells come back! :)
Unlikely. Foxes are carnivores, meat eaters. But they're also opportunistic scavengers, and may have a go at just about anything if they are hungry enough. Actually, they do eat watermelons because I just caught a fox eating my watermelons and he's been eating 4 to 5 watermelons every night. Even after I discarded the watermelons from the garden and threw them in the yard I found claw marks from where the fox had eaten the entire insides out of the watermelon.
