It is in Colorado, US. It's the highest paved road in the US, and the road nearly goes to the very top. Once you reach a certain point, you have to stop and get out of your car, and there is a small hill. The top of that hill is the top of the mountain, and there is a trail going up the hill for hikers, and from there you can see further than Denver, if it is a nice day. I bit of advice from someone who has been to the top of the mountain - Don't go if you are remotely afraid of heights. Once you get above the tree line, you are going to be on a road with VERY sharp turns on the very edge of the mountain. I mean the very edge, you are on a cliff. Plus, there is nothing nto stop you from going over the edge, not even any guardrails.
