Fish is kind of an iffy question when it comes to pregnancy. The reason women are typically advised not to eat fish during pregnancy is because the amount of Mercury that are found in fish. But it is usually not too big of a deal unless you are consuming fish that eat other fish. I know that catfish are bottom feeders and do occasionally eat fish but I think you are safe.
