An effective warm up for kho kho or any other sport, is going to be one that gets your heart beating, increasing blood flow and increasing your respiratory rate. Start with light physical activity. It should last 5 to 10 minutes, and you should have a light sweat. Then move on to stretching. Include all muscle groups. This should last 5 to 10 minutes. Then you should move on to warming up the specific parts of your body used for the sport. For this, you should use more vigorous activity. You should also speak to your coach (if available) to see what stretches and warm ups he/she recommends.
