The 29th May 1953 was the date when Mount Everest was climbed for the first time.
It was first climbed by an anonymous monk in 1707! :)

22,837.3 ft. Now that's truly high. Aconcagua, is the highest mountain. I would like to see that. It is also known as the Summit. Argentina, is where it calls home, nestled deep into the Mendoza province mountain range. There is no proof the the top of the mountain was ever climbed.
