Are your referring to what they are called? They are called fry. Some people call them guppies but that is not right. A guppy is a species of fish, not a baby fish. Young or baby fish are usually just called fry, but some sciency types will call them larvae if it is appropriate.
There is no particular name for a baby tuatara. Newly hatched tuatara are called hatchlings, and tuatara that are not yet adult are simply called juvenile tuatara.
