What does Racoon taste like?

Ive eaten it before prepared in a roasting bag with carrots, potatoes and celery. It tasted just like a beef pot roast, except more tender. It was really good, I would eat it again.

The coon I have had taste like coon. Has a little oil to the meat like bear and taste of it's own. Is very good if cooked well, like anything else. There are churches in my area that have coon dinners to raise money. People drive a long way to eat it each year. There are never any left.
