Sure Goldfish are eatable. I would suggest eating Koi instead. They both taste the same but Koi grow quicker & much larger. They taste similar to Bass.

I think they are a little bit more bland than the regular ones, and I think they have less salt on them. That's just my opinion. They are supposed to taste the same though.

However, as a qualified pet, domestic goldfish may not legally be eaten.Well, technically almost everything is edible. I think it would be sad if you ate a goldfish and probably wouldn't taste very good...but I guess just like humans, gum wrappers, and license palates, goldfish are edible.
