fracturing your kneecap, ACL is up there but last year i shattered my kneecap, tore all my ligament's, broke my femur, and now my cartilage wont heal. Acls are fixable most of the time but the recovery for them are long. but a broke kneecap takes around 2 years of recovery time Ive already had 3 surgery's and their talking about more. so my opinion is for sure a broken kneecap.
