a bow tie...nothing else
If you want to look GOOD in 60 degree weather without freezing your butt off...Dark blue flare jeans and a graphic T-shirt looks best. wear some high tops or flip flops with your hair in a pony tail to make people focus on your eyes. Only wear mascara and eyeliner. No other makeup considering it's lates winter/early spring and since it's between cold and hot (it's warm then), you just want to look subtle. This look will make you look like your coming out of winter and welcoming in spring!
In 66 degree weather, you can wear light layers such as a long sleeve shirt, a light sweater or jacket, and pants or jeans. Consider bringing a scarf or light coat for cooler mornings or evenings. It's best to wear clothing that you can easily adjust to stay comfortable throughout the day.
You may want to save that for 20 to 30 degree weather
yes you can
Thick clothes.
Wear Shorts And SleeveLess Shirt
I would wear converse because they are comfy, meant for any weather, and there's a huge variety!
You wear capris or shorts and a stort sleeve strit or tank top
Of course, unless you feel hot which probably means you should wear something cooler.
Why not? It depends on how comfortable you feel in them and perhaps on what terrain you plan to wear them on (for example, I would not wear shorts in 80 degree weather walking through the jungle). If you're going to be exposed to the sun, don't forget the sunscreen.
